About The Position
AEDN is looking to hire a General Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within residential apartment buildings. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and has a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a handyman or in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Experience with drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile repairs, and general maintenance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable, independent, and punctual
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for repairs and maintenance needs
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingualism is considered an asset but is not required
