About The Position

Cavanaugh Dental in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking an experienced, compassionate General Dentist to work Thursdays. This opportunity offers a consistent one-day-per-week schedule and may suit a dentist seeking to supplement another schedule or work an additional day. The practice provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency treatment. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a morning team huddle beforehand. The practice sees approximately 8–10 doctor patients daily, depending on provider preferences, and approximately 12 hygiene exams daily. The dentist will work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with an experienced dental team. An experienced Lead Dentist provides support on Thursday afternoons. The practice uses digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, paperless charting, panoramic imaging, a Dentsply Sirona scanner, and air-driven handpieces. Compensation is up to 35% of collections. The ideal start date is January 2027.

Requirements

Active Michigan dental license.
