About The Position
Archway Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide quality dental and personal care in a relaxed, comfortable environment. The organization emphasizes patient satisfaction, welcoming and secure experiences, and exemplary customer service. The dentist will diagnose patients, develop appropriate treatment plans, perform restorative and other dental procedures, maintain records, and educate patients.
Requirements
- Must have a Connecticut dental license.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Complete basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
- Perform restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Maintain proper patient treatment records.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead.
- Use modern dental instruments, including hand tools, rotary instruments, and digital radiographs.
- Educate patients and provide excellent chair-side service.
