Dentist: Relocate to Kingsville | Up to $40k Sign-On Bonus & Lodging Stipend
About The Position
Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist for Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas. The practice offers strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth. An experienced clinical and administrative team supports dentists so they can focus on comprehensive care and lasting patient relationships. The practice has a hygienist, eight operatories, a fully digital office, and a fully supported front office and clinical team. Dentists have clinical autonomy with mentorship and support from experienced peer dentists. The role is in person, with a Monday–Friday schedule and two Saturdays per month; full-time or part-time schedules are available. Compensation includes production-based pay with guaranteed base pay, up to 35% production, and potential yearly income of $420,000–$470,400. A sign-on package of up to $40,000 is available with a two-year commitment. It includes a $14,000 sign-on bonus and $12,000 housing stipend in year one, followed by a $14,000 sign-on bonus in year two. The housing stipend is $1,000 per month for 12 months.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
