We are looking for a General Dentist to join our integrated care team at Del Norte CHC, in Crescent City, California. Practice at Dental Services – Open Door Community Health Centers As a Dentist, you'll practice at the full scope of general dentistry to all ages while developing meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients. You'll provide preventive, diagnostic, restorative, and urgent dental care for individuals with diverse and often complex oral health needs. Working alongside interdisciplinary colleagues, you'll help address the social, behavioral, and medical factors that impact oral health while improving access to quality dental care in a community that truly values your work.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Current, unrestricted California dental license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid California driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program.
• Two to five years of clinical experience, particularly in community health, public health, rural practice, or caring for underserved populations.
