About The Position

Archway Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its team. The practice provides dental and personal care in a relaxed, comfortable environment and emphasizes quality care, patient satisfaction, and exemplary customer service. The dentist will diagnose patients, develop appropriate treatment plans, perform dental procedures, maintain patient records, and educate patients while providing a high level of care.

Requirements

• Must have a Connecticut dental license.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Skill in completing basic and complex dental procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Strong restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead.
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on patient education and customer service.

• Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Complete basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Provide restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic dental care.

• Use modern dental instruments, including hand tools, rotary instruments, and digital radiographs.
