About The Position

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time or part-time General Dentist to join its North Carolina practice. The dentist will perform examinations and treatment in a collaborative, patient-centric environment while working with experienced clinical and administrative staff. The practice encourages dentists to work independently and offers support from colleagues and specialists, including through its “Doctor Is In” mentorship program. Continuing education and leadership development are available and encouraged. Partnership or ownership opportunities may be available for the right candidate. The position may include a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited U.S. dental program with a DDS or DMD.
Hold a current state dental license in good standing.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have strong customer service and treatment-planning skills.
Desire to uphold the practice’s motto and help patients smile.
