About The Position

Advantage Dental+ is seeking a skilled, confident PRN Experienced General Dentist for its Wesley Chapel, Florida practice. The opportunity is currently focused on Fridays, with the possibility of an additional day depending on provider availability and practice needs. The dentist will provide comprehensive patient care across a broad range of procedures. The practice offers clinical autonomy, clinical and operational support, a collaborative, patient-first environment, and flexible scheduling. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate plus production-based earning potential.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active Florida dental license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in comprehensive dentistry.
• No adverse licensing actions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
