About The Position
Dental Dreams is hiring a full-time General Dentist for its clinic in Saginaw, Michigan. The position is open to experienced dentists and 2027 dental school graduates. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one Saturday per month, a strong patient base, modern technology, clinical autonomy, and experienced clinical and administrative support. Dentists perform all aspects of general dentistry and treat a wide range of clinical cases, with mentorship available while retaining autonomy over treatment planning. Dental Dreams is owned and operated by its founding dentist and describes its approach as clinician-led, with a focus on patient care and expanding access to underserved populations. The organization handles business operations so dentists can focus on practicing dentistry. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average full-time compensation range of $290,000–$350,000+, and an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Visa and permanent residency sponsorship are available.
