About The Position

Mid America Health is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join their growing team. This position involves providing portable dental services to children at local schools, 2-3 days per week (Monday-Friday only, approximately 7:00 am - 3:00 pm) in the Dayton, Ohio area. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided. This role offers a low-stress environment outside of a traditional private practice setting. Additional days may be available if the candidate possesses or is willing to obtain an Indiana dental license. The position emphasizes work-life balance with excellent hours and the opportunity to serve an underserved population.

Requirements

• Proficiency in all listed dental procedures (screenings, exams, treatment plans, extractions, fillings, stainless steel crowns, fluoride treatments, sealants, prophys)
• Active Ohio Dental License
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
• Must be Medicaid Certified or willing to become certified
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius

Nice To Haves

• Indiana dental license (or willingness to obtain one for additional days)
