About The Position
Summer Dental is looking for a General Dentist to join Dr. Colin Young and the team. This role is suitable for both experienced dentists looking to take over an established patient base and new graduates seeking strong mentorship. The position offers clinical autonomy, a consistent patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for continuous skill development. The dentist will perform comprehensive dentistry, build patient relationships, and work with a supportive team including an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Ability to perform comprehensive dentistry.
- Ability to diagnose and treatment plan.
- Ability to build patient relationships and educate patients.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in expanding clinical skill set.
- Experience with implants, surgical extractions, endo, third molars, aligners.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive full-mouth examinations.
- Diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and present treatment plans.
- Provide dental care to patients.
- Educate patients on treatment options.
- Build patient relationships.
