About The Position
Summer Dental Shawnee is looking for a General Dentist to join Dr. Colin Young's team. This position is ideal for both experienced dentists seeking an established patient base and new graduates looking for mentorship. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for continued skill expansion. Dentists can grow into procedures such as implants, surgical extractions, endo, third molars, aligners, and more. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dentistry, educating patients, discussing treatment options, and creating treatment plans. The dentist will work alongside an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Ability to practice dentistry independently.
- Willingness to build patient relationships and educate patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team.

Responsibilities
