About The Position

Summer Dental Norman is seeking a General Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join Dr. Colin Young's team. This position is ideal for both experienced dentists looking to take over an established patient base and new graduates seeking strong mentorship. The role offers clinical autonomy, a consistent patient flow, and opportunities for continuous skill development in comprehensive dentistry, including procedures like implants, surgical extractions, endo, third molars, and aligners. You will be responsible for full-mouth examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education, working alongside a supportive team of an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree.
Ability to perform comprehensive dentistry.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
Excellent patient communication and education skills.
Willingness to build patient relationships.
