About The Position

TeamstersCare is seeking a licensed General Dentist to provide comprehensive care to Teamsters members and their families at its Charlestown, Massachusetts clinic. The role offers an established patient population and a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on quality patient care, with benefits and long-term career stability.

The anticipated salary is $145,000–$150,000, determined based on experience, education, and other factors. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a consistent schedule that includes two evenings and alternating Saturdays.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Dental License.
• DEA License.
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Maintain licensure by completing at least 40 hours of continuing education per two-year renewal cycle.
