About The Position

Saint Johns Dental is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused General Dentist for its new practice in Saint Johns, Florida. The state-of-the-art office has brand-new equipment, nine operatories, and an on-site CBCT machine. Though the location is a startup, it is the owner’s fourth dental practice and will have experienced leadership, established systems, and support from a proven multi-practice owner. Compensation is the higher of an $800 daily guarantee or 30%–35% of production, with the production percentage based on experience and clinical capabilities. The practice serves PPO and fee-for-service patients, schedules one dentist per day, and provides a dedicated hygienist and clinical support. The one-dentist-per-day model is designed to let the provider focus on patient care, treatment planning, and production. The practice anticipates strong patient demand and offers the opportunity to grow with the practice. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry, present treatment plans, and build strong, long-term patient relationships. Procedures may include comprehensive examinations and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, extractions, root canal therapy depending on experience, removable prosthodontics, preventive and emergency care, and other general dental procedures within the provider’s experience and comfort level. Scheduling is flexible, with an ideal schedule of approximately eight hours per day. Full-time and part-time candidates may be considered based on availability and experience. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active or eligible Florida dental license.
Current DEA registration, when applicable.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and treatment-presentation abilities.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the dental team.

Responsibilities
