About The Position

Passion Dental is seeking a motivated, patient-focused General Dentist for its established practice in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role offers a variety of cases, clinical support, and consistent patient flow across two busy locations. The position is described as 4–5 days in Brockton, with full-time preferred. The dentist will provide bread-and-butter dentistry, including restorative care, crowns, bridges, and fillings. There may be opportunities to expand into more advanced procedures based on experience and interest, with specialty referrals supported when needed. The practice offers a competitive compensation structure consisting of a base plus 35% of adjusted production, strong daily production opportunities, and a consistent schedule. The role includes clinical autonomy with operational support, continuing education opportunities, and malpractice support if applicable. H1B and Green Card sponsorship are available.

Requirements

DDS or DMD, licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and case presentation ability.
Team-oriented mindset and focus on patient experience.

Nice To Haves

Interest in expanding into more advanced procedures, depending on experience.
Full-time availability is preferred.
