Montgomery Smiles is a modern, well-established practice looking for a long-term Associate General Dentist with a path to partnership. Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
Active State Dental License & DEA License.
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
Excellent communication skills.
Collaborative spirit.
Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

Implant placement experience.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown and bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging technology.
Place implants (experience is a plus, but not required).
Communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with the dental team.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Participate in team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
