About The Position

Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist for Smile Magic of El Paso: Montana, a two-doctor, family-focused practice in El Paso, Texas. The practice offers strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment. An experienced clinical and administrative team enables dentists to focus on comprehensive patient care and lasting patient relationships. The office has nine operatories, uses fully digital workflows, and provides clinical autonomy with mentorship and support available as needed. The position is available full-time or part-time, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Part-time dentists may choose consistent workdays. The role is open to both new graduates and experienced dentists. Compensation includes production-based pay with guaranteed base pay, up to 33% production, and potential annual income of $396,000–$443,520. A sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 is available with a two-year, full-time commitment, paid as $15,000 in each of the first two years.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
