About The Position

Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Magic of El Paso: Montana, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in El Paso, Texas. The practice has nine operatories, a fully digital office, strong patient demand, and a fully supported clinical and front office team. The position is suitable for new graduates and experienced dentists and offers clinical autonomy, mentorship from experienced peer dentists, continuing education, and professional development. The role is in person. The dentist will provide comprehensive general and family dental care, diagnose patients and develop individualized treatment plans, and build trusted patient relationships while collaborating with the practice team. Compensation is production-based with guaranteed base pay, up to 33% production, and potential yearly income of $396,000–$443,520. A sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 is available with a two-year, full-time commitment, paid as $15,000 in each year. The practice offers a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with full-time or part-time options; part-time dentists may choose consistent workdays.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
