About The Position

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a passionate, growth-minded General Dentist to provide high-quality care and contribute to the company’s mission of serving patients, communities, and the planet. The dentist will work with a collaborative, multi-specialty team and may receive mentorship from founding doctors, particularly for recent graduates. The role is scheduled for Mondays and Saturdays.

The position offers clinical independence in treatment planning, continuing education, advanced training opportunities, and potential pathways to leadership and specialization. The practice uses technologies including CBCT, Overjet, digital X-rays, and intraoral scanners. Rodeo Dental describes its culture as supportive, energetic, creative, and collaborative.

Requirements

• Active state dental license, or ability to obtain one before the start date.
• Growth-minded and compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excitement about making an impact.
• Ability to move independently from operatory to operatory.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• New graduates and current D4 students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.
• Manage cases ranging from preventive care to advanced restorative care.
• Collaborate with specialists and team members to create positive patient experiences.
• For recent graduates, gain hands-on experience with mentorship and guided clinical autonomy.
• Design and lead treatment plans.
