About The Position
Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Magic of San Juan, a solo-doctor, family-focused dental practice in San Juan, Texas. The practice has 10 operatories, is fully digital, and has an experienced clinical and administrative team, strong patient demand, and steady patient flow. The position is suitable for new graduates and experienced dentists and offers clinical autonomy with mentorship and support as needed. The dentist will provide comprehensive general and family dental care, diagnose patients and develop individualized treatment plans, use digital technology and workflows, and build lasting patient relationships. The role also includes collaborating with the clinical and front office teams, contributing to a positive team culture, and developing clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education. Compensation includes production-based pay with guaranteed base pay, up to 35% production, and potential yearly income of $247,500–$277,200. A sign-on bonus and lodging stipend totaling up to $40,000 are offered with a two-year commitment: $14,000 sign-on bonus and $12,000 housing stipend in Year 1, followed by a $14,000 sign-on bonus in Year 2. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with full-time, part-time, or PRN options. The position is in person.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
