About The Position
Our client is seeking an ambitious and personable Full-Time Associate Dentist to join an established, highly rated dental practice. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, eager to grow their clinical skills, and committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. The practice offers general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and other services, giving the associate opportunities to gain experience across multiple procedures. The role includes support from an experienced clinical team, including multiple hygienists, and work in fully equipped operatories with modern technology. The practice is PPO/FFS and does not accept Medicaid. The position offers an annual earning potential of $200,000–$300,000+. The region features freshwater lakes, outdoor activities, restaurants, and entertainment, and is within driving distance of several major metropolitan areas.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, patient care, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience preferred, though all experience levels are considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care.
- Deliver dental services across procedures that may include general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team.
