About The Position

Ideal Dental is hiring a General Dentist to provide high-quality general and cosmetic dental care and support patients and the dental team. The role offers clinical autonomy, operational support, mentorship, and access to training and continuing education. Dentists may have the opportunity to pursue joint-venture practice ownership while continuing to practice without taking on additional operational burdens.

The practice serves primarily fee-for-service and PPO guests and supports a broad range of procedures, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, Invisalign, surgical extractions, and implant dentistry. Compensation is production-based, with fully paid lab expenses and potential earnings stated as up to $250,000–$500,000 or more per year. The company provides digital tools and equipment, including iTero scanners at select practices, and supports clinical development through its doctor training program, Clinical Advisory Board, and board-certified specialists.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with guests and team members.
• Provide general and cosmetic dentistry to primarily fee-for-service and PPO guests, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, and Invisalign.
• Pursue ongoing clinical learning and education in collaboration with other doctors.
• Assume responsibility for the quality of guest care while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
