The stated earning potential is $300,000–$400,000+, with a strong daily guarantee based on experience and a $20,000 signing bonus. The dentist will have clinical autonomy in diagnosis and treatment planning, opportunities to develop long-term patient relationships, and support to expand clinical skills. Prestige provides comprehensive dentistry, including restorative and family care, Invisalign, implants, implant restorations, and more advanced treatment. An associate-to-partnership pathway is available, alongside career and leadership growth opportunities. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree.
Active Colorado dental license, or eligibility to obtain one.
