About The Position

The General Dentist provides dental care as part of a dynamic, patient-focused dental team. The role offers clinical autonomy with non-clinical administrative support, one-on-one mentorship, and access to internal and external continuing education in areas such as dental implants, clear aligners, and endodontics. The position includes a first-year income guarantee of $200,000, earnings of 32% of net collections, and a $35,000 sign-on bonus. The dentist is immediately included in the Employee Stock Ownership Program. No emergency call is required, and the schedule is flexible. The company also offers assistance with the immigration sponsorship process. Employment offers are contingent on successfully passing a background check, including a drug screen.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a DDS or DMD degree.
• Current, valid dental license to practice in the state, or ability to obtain one.
• DEA certification.
• CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain it.
