The role offers autonomy over treatment planning and discretion over dental supplies and instruments, along with mentoring from experienced clinicians, a full patient schedule, and a fully digital, paperless office. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average practice compensation ranging from $275,000 to $315,000+.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry for patients with a range of dental problems.
- Plan patient treatment with complete clinical autonomy.
- Help provide high-quality dental care to the communities served, including underserved populations.
