Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems. The practice offers clinical autonomy, mentorship and training, a full patient schedule, and modern digital, paperless facilities. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee; the average compensation for this practice ranges from $275,000 to $315,000 or more, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 is available.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry services and treat a broad range of dental problems.
- Plan patient treatment with complete clinical autonomy.
- Serve patients in the communities Dental Dreams serves, including underserved populations.
