About The Position

ProSmile (doing business as Destiny Dental) is a dental organization offering dentists clinical autonomy without the administrative and financial burdens of practice management. The General Dentist works in a clinically rich environment with a diverse patient base, robust patient flow, up-to-date equipment and technology, and friendly, supportive staff and management. The role includes customized training and mentoring, with autonomy over treatment planning. Miscellaneous job-related duties may also be assigned. The position is performed in person at healthcare practices. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. The listed pay range is $225,000–$400,000 per year, with expected hours of 32–42 per week. Compensation may include 30–35% of production with a daily minimum at select locations, and a retention bonus may be available to the right dentist at select locations. Benefits eligibility depends on position and hours worked.

Requirements

Michigan dental license or status as a fourth-year dental student (required).

Responsibilities

Plan patient treatment with clinical autonomy.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Wear required personal protective equipment, including face masks, gloves, and gowns as needed and in accordance with CDC standards.
