Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligibility for) Arkansas dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general procedures
• Excellent chairside manner and genuine care for patient comfort
• A team-oriented, positive attitude and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice technology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care
• Perform exams, cleanings oversight, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients
• Build lasting patient relationships grounded in trust and education
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care and infection control
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to deliver a smooth patient experience
• Stay current with continuing education and evolving clinical techniques
