About The Position

Benevis is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to provide dental services to children and adults in a supportive, collaborative practice. The company focuses on quality, affordable dental care for underserved communities and offers mentoring and opportunities for growth and development. The patient base is primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location. Practices use DentaPro software, digital X-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Typical office flow includes 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients, supported by one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. The payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network coverage.

The role includes participating in team huddles, planning the workday, recognizing team contributions, and promoting a positive image of the company in the community. Benevis offers a guaranteed base pay of $900 per day with uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus of $18,000 for providers working at least three days per week. Part-time providers are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan and receive continuing-education reimbursements. Additional offerings include ADA-accredited continuing education, reimbursement for eligible licenses, certifications, and professional dues, multiple schedule options, and visa and green card sponsorship.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
• Other certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification in Louisiana, Mississippi, Washington, D.C., Texas, or Massachusetts.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.
• Teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
