About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join its established Del Lago practice in Escondido, California. The position offers a consistent schedule on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and support from an experienced clinical and operational team. The dentist will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and build lasting relationships with patients while making treatment decisions based on professional judgment. The practice provides modern technology and resources, opportunities to collaborate with fellow providers, and continuing education opportunities. Earning potential is $115,000–$300,000+ annually. The practice is located at 3440 Del Lago Boulevard, Suite C, Escondido, CA 92029.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain one.
• Current DEA registration, as required.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to dentistry.
