About The Position

This position involves assisting in the preparation and review of departmental reports, maintaining filing systems, and performing various other clerical duties. The role requires excellent organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Work experience as a departmental clerk.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, computers, fax machine…).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of various departmental reports.
  • Review reports for accuracy and resolve problems.
  • Maintain filing systems and assist in filing.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
