About The Position
MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring general cleaners and floor techs to clean commercial properties while meeting quality and timeliness standards and following the company’s mission and values. The role includes cleaning rooms and shared areas, maintaining floors and surfaces, performing surgical cleaning in a medical facility, reporting maintenance or inventory issues, and helping keep storage areas and worksites safe and organized. Janitorial experience is a plus; paid training is provided. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with an immediate start and weekly pay. The hiring event is scheduled for November 12, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in South Euclid, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Vacuum, dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors, and wet mop hard-surface floors.
- Clean units and areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
- Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
- Dust horizontal surfaces when they are cleared, perform high dusting, and dust windowsills and blinds.
- Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
- Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
- Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
- Report inventory and supply needs to the Supervisor.
- Report lost-and-found items to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Help maintain clean and organized storage closets.
- Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
- Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Use time wisely and efficiently.
