About The Position

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner for janitorial services at $20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. The cleaner receives training in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices and uses green-seal-certified supplies and equipment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience is required; training in the company’s best practices is provided.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using 4M practices, certified supplies, and equipment.
• Provide friendly, reliable, courteous, and resourceful service as a representative of 4M.
• Wipe surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips.
