About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner to service tenant spaces in Rochester, MN. This role involves cleaning financial offices, a law office, a movie production studio, and a bank. The shift is Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to speak English
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
Responsibilities
- Nightly vacuuming of all floors
- Cleaning of break areas
- Removing trashes
- Cleaning of bathrooms where applicable
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture
