About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for their facility services team. This is a part-time evening position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of an office building in Rochester, MN. The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for building occupants.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of bathrooms on each floor and lobby areas on each floor.
- Nightly vacuuming of each floor.
- Cleaning of glass and doors in the skyway system.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
