About The Position
The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a part-time General Cleaner. This General Cleaner position is a commercial cleaning job. TBC is a leading integrated facilities management (IFM) company with over 25 years in business, providing support services to clients in the building services & hospitality, and other prominent industries. The General Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the assigned areas always meet and exceed our client's high standards. You report any maintenance repair or potential safety issues to your supervisor. We have a reputation for quality work and superior service.
Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift
- Customer service skills

- Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience
- Fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Prefers to be on your feet moving around
- Honest and respectful of people's privacy and property
