About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, sanitize, and service large and small businesses across the United States. This is a part-time position with specific shift hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Jobs are classified as Essential.
Requirements
- Must be able to wear a backpack vacuum for a couple of hours.
- Must be able to run a floor machine on Saturdays.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Can be a little flexible on start/end time.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
