About The Position
Marsden Central, L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for evening shifts in Hopkins, MN. This is a part-time position focused on common area cleaning, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells, as well as changing light bulbs. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to speak English
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture
- Changing out all the bulbs inside & outside
