About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a part-time evening position in Apple Valley, MN. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas within a clinic, including dusting, trash removal, mirror spot cleaning, floor care, and full cleaning of restrooms and breakrooms. The position requires physical fitness and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Physically fit and coachable.
• Able to twist, bend, lift, and see detail items.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
