About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner to clean two banks in the Ramsey/Anoka, MN area. This is a part-time evening position. Marsden Central L.L.C. is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence, cleaning, sanitizing, and servicing large and small businesses across the United States.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
