About The Position

Excellerate General Assemblers are responsible for handling, fabricating, packaging, and shipping assemblies of various electrical components in a controlled setting. Utilizing integrated manufacturing practices within the construction industry presents a unique and innovative opportunity to contribute to the industry's future. The Excellerate division enables the consistent production of quality assemblies in a safe, controlled environment for construction sites, leading to smarter and more efficient work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
0-1 year(s) of experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Responsibilities

Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
Assembles various electrical components and equipment under the supervision of an experienced Journeyman Electrician.
Identifies ways to improve processes and participates in implementing those improvements.
Uses keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and zero defects.
Adheres to 5S principles, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Able to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period.
Bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
Performs wire and cable pulls.
Performs material handling duties.
Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and work area.
Maintains compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
Creating/Printing/Application of assembly identification labels.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
