Learn more at www.coopersurgical.com. The General Assembler II supports the manufacturing process by assembling, inspecting, and testing products to meet quality and production standards. This role involves working independently or in teams to perform a variety of assembly tasks, maintain equipment and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement across production operations.

Requirements

• Typically needs 2–4 years of experience in assembly or related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs more complex assembly operations with limited supervision.
• Ensure line clearance is completed, labels are verified for accuracy, and the work order DHR is thoroughly reviewed.
• Conducts minor adjustments, changeovers, or testing of assemblies.
• May train or assist new assemblers (Level 1).
• Ensures quality control compliance and proper documentation.
• Understands basic troubleshooting and equipment setup.
