About The Position

Blue Falls Car Wash is hiring for manager and associate positions. The role focuses on delivering a positive car wash experience through friendly, professional customer service, helping customers select wash packages and enter the wash, answering questions, and maintaining wash equipment, the facility, and grounds while serving customers. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

Requirements

High school diploma, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
Able to communicate and exchange information effectively.
Frequently move and lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work and commute in all weather conditions.
Able to use hands and fingers to operate an access machine or telephone.
Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach, and regularly bend and crouch to repair car wash equipment.
Able to stand, move, and walk for consecutive hours during a shift.
Regularly speak and listen on the phone and in person with customers and fellow employees.
Have an acceptable driving record in line with company policy and a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
Comply with Western Management’s Drug Free Workplace Policy.
Pass a background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service that exceeds customer expectations while following company policies and guidelines.
Help customers choose a wash package and guide their entrance into the wash.
Present a warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional image to customers.
Accurately answer customer questions over the phone and at the wash.
Maintain wash equipment, the facility, and grounds while serving customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
