The Role: Gemini Growth Marketing Specialist As a Gemini Growth Marketing Manager, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and user insights, designing and executing scalable marketing efforts to increase Gemini user adoption and engagement across the full user lifecycle. You will be part of the EMEA regional Gemini Marketing team and will have a direct, measurable impact on the product's growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in a high-growth environment, specifically within Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy Consulting, or Product Management.
  • Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate analytical insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies and experiments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient English speaker.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex projects with numerous stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Google's products, technology, and leadership in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space and the broader smartphone industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios, with experience in a multi-market regional role (EMEA is a plus).
  • Highly developed program management and organizational skills, with comfort managing ambiguity and prioritizing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, internal Google tools) to perform deep-dive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute scalable, measurable marketing activations across the user lifecycle to drive adoption and repeated engagement with the Gemini app in EMEA.
  • Own and continuously optimize key growth metrics, conversion rates, and the end-to-end user journey, identifying and removing friction points.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests and experiments (messaging, channel, in-product) to identify the most impactful strategies.
  • Translate user behavior, product usage, and past performance data into actionable insights for regional and country-specific growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to EMEA Gemini marketing strategy by developing and executing GTM plans for new features and product launches, ensuring maximum awareness and adoption among target segments.
  • Drive complex projects and collaborate effectively with global and local Marketing teams, as well as Product, Engineering, and Data Science partners to influence the product roadmap and execute integrated growth campaigns.
