Capgemini•Atlanta, GA
•$76,730 - $150,800•Hybrid

About The Position

Capgemini is hiring an experienced software engineer to design and build production-grade conversational and Agentic AI applications. The role involves hands-on development with Python, APIs, JSON, Gemini, Vertex AI, Google ADK, and applicable agent frameworks, as well as building CES/GECX integrations and modernization scenarios. The engineer will implement agent capabilities, enterprise grounding and retrieval solutions, integrations with business systems, and full-stack components, then deploy and operate applications using appropriate Google Cloud Platform services. The position also covers security, evaluation, observability, testing, and troubleshooting across agent logic, prompts, retrieval, tools, APIs, infrastructure, and distributed services. The engineer will rapidly prototype solutions, move validated prototypes toward production readiness, and work directly with customer engineering teams to reproduce issues, debug implementations, and resolve technical blockers. The role is hybrid and based in Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, Houston, New Jersey, or Chicago.
