About The Position

As a student of the Global Projects Team, you will be an active contributor to key business priorities, department objectives, or initiatives. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will directly interface and drive change with Projects Managers, Field Operations Teams, and HQ Digital/Process owners. Key deliverables will be to gather inputs and analyze specific tools and process steps that are part of the Projects Value Stream and assess digital and process improvements aligned with our overall Transformation strategy leveraging AI Robotics and our new sales force digital environment. A strong interest in digital integration to standard business processes with an aptitude for AI and harnessing technology to make our business more efficient is essential. The ability to assess work streams, summarize, simplify, and offer creative ways to solve problems and improve processes is also key. Experience creating AI agents, bots, and personas to solve problems is desired.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program at an accredited university or credentialed software accelerator program.
  • Eligible Majors: Business, Operations Management, Digital Technology, Project management, or other related majors.
  • Strong interest in digital integration to standard business processes.
  • Aptitude for AI and harnessing technology to make business more efficient.
  • Ability to assess work streams and summarize, simplify and offer creative ways to solve problems and make processes better.
  • Experience creating AI agents, bots, and personas to solve problems.
