About The Position
As a student of the Global Projects Team, you will be an active contributor to key business priorities, department objectives, or initiatives. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will directly interface and drive change with Projects Managers, Field Operations Teams, and HQ Digital/Process owners. Key deliverables will include gathering inputs and analyzing specific tools and process steps within the Projects Value Stream, and assessing digital and process improvements aligned with our overall Transformation strategy, leveraging AI, Robotics, and our new Salesforce digital environment. A strong interest in digital integration with standard business processes, an aptitude for AI, and harnessing technology to enhance business efficiency are essential. The ability to assess work streams, summarize, simplify, and offer creative solutions to problems and process improvements is also required. Experience creating AI agents, bots, and personas to solve problems is a plus.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program at an accredited university or credentialed software accelerator program.
- Eligible Majors: Business, Operations Management, Digital Technology, Project management, or other related majors.
- Strong interest in digital integration to standard business processes with an aptitude for Ai and harnessing technology to make our business more efficient.
- Ability to assess work streams and summarize, simplify and offer creative ways to solve problems and make processes better.
