About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on GCP IAM Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM), Terraform, and cloud security automation. The role involves designing and implementing GCP IAM policies, custom roles, and service accounts; configuring Workload Identity and Identity Federation; and automating IAM provisioning using Terraform. The engineer will also implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments, contribute to identity architecture and security solutions, troubleshoot IAM and access-related issues, independently own technical deliverables, and mentor junior engineers.

Location: Plano, TX. W2 only; c2c, 1099, and third-party resumes are not accepted. The client is accepting only USC/GC/GC EAD candidates; other visas are not accepted.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on GCP IAM experience.
• Experience using Terraform for IAM configuration and automation.
• Experience with Workload Identity and Identity Federation.
• Experience with custom IAM roles and service account management.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Strong identity architecture and security fundamentals.
• Go programming knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-cloud experience (AWS/Azure).
• Kubernetes experience.
