About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on GCP IAM Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM), Terraform, and cloud security automation. The role involves designing and implementing GCP IAM policies, custom roles, and service accounts; configuring Workload Identity and Identity Federation; and automating IAM provisioning with Terraform. The engineer will also implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments, contribute to identity architecture and security solutions, troubleshoot IAM and access-related issues, own technical deliverables independently, and mentor junior engineers.

The role is located in Plano, Texas. It is open to W2 candidates only; C2C, 1099, and third-party resumes are not accepted. The client accepts only U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and Green Card EAD holders.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on GCP IAM experience.
• Experience with Terraform for IAM configuration and automation.
• Experience with Workload Identity and Identity Federation.
• Experience with custom IAM roles and service account management.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Strong identity architecture and security fundamentals.
• Go programming knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Kubernetes experience.
